Administrative Medical Staff Assistant Location Glendale, CA : Overview Founded in 1926 Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is a 334-bed acute care nonprofit community hospital located in Glendale California. The hospital offers a full complement of services including its award winning heart center the colorectal surgery institute a gastrointestinal program and is a Los Angeles County approved primary stroke center. Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, JCAHO and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. Responsible for providing secretarial support to the Medical Staff Manager, Medical Staff Assistants and members of the Medical Staff. Provides assistance as requested.
Qualifications Minimum Required:
One to three years with previous secretarial experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
High school graduate, some college desirable
Basic computer knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft Word
CT EOC
Pay Range $20.62 - $28.36 /hour
